Welcome to the online submission and editorial system for International Journal of Reliability, Risk and Safety: Theory and Application (IJRRS).

The IJRRS is an open access, double-blind and fast-tracking peer-reviewed journal. It is an electronic semiannual journal published by Aerospace Research Institute (Ministry of Science, Research and Technology).

This journal aims to provide an international forum for refereed original research works in the reliability, risk and safety of complex technological systems, like Air/Space Systems; Industrial Engineering; Features Related to Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering Equipment; Nuclear Power Plants; Transportation Systems; Chemical Plants; Offshore and Maritime Systems; Manufacturing Plants; and Constructed infrastructure. It welcomes high-quality original research papers from contributors throughout the world. All papers are subject to a peer reviewing procedure. Types of accepted papers include.

  • Original Research Article
  • Review Articles
  • Industrial Case Studies
  • Safety Recommendations
  • Short/Technical paper

Publication ethics

We follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regulations.

IJRRS (including HTML and PDF Files) is licensed under a “Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0)”.

All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through a trustworthy software named iThenticate to ensure originality, and then subjected to international reviewers.

For any submitted manuscript, the plagiarism level greater than 20% including author name, affiliation, and references is automatically rejected.

Publication fee

IJRRS is free of charge for the paper submission and review process. All accepted papers are published in the journal without any publication fee. IJRRS is open access and papers are freely available online, immediately upon publication.

Also, there are no charges for rejected articles and no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures, or supplementary data.
